CTO at Juno. UNC dropout & Morehead-Cain scholar. years old. Living in New York City.
I'm the co-founder and CTO of Juno, an owner's representative for multifamily developers where we're working on closing the housing deficit with AI-powered operations. We've managed over $250M in projects across the U.S.
Prior to Juno, I co-founded Atria, an AI-powered residential property manager that handled end-to-end maintenance requests and general tenant communications. We raised from Pioneer and a Sequoia scout.
I attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 2018 to 2022. I went on to study sociology and computer science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on the Morehead-Cain scholarship before leaving to start Atria after my sophomore year. While there, I won Best AI Hack at TreeHacks '24 and conducted computational sociology and political science research under university grants.
I occasionally angel invest and advise early-stage startups. Feel free to reach out at chris@sajamaholdings.com.
